Adsense SCAM!

The Adsesnse program of google seems to be rip-off. There might be

some people who are earning but they conned me.

I live in a shared property. My housemate got his adsense account

banned due to illegal clicks. And to my surprise, few days later they

banned my account even thinking I was the same person.

I have different name, bank-account details, different domain, the only

thing common is the address. I don't know what on earth made them

think I am the same person.

I emailed them about this and they didn'y respond. After a few days I

emailed again rantin about their behaviour. I asked them to act

professionally and atleast acknowledge my email, and I told them I could

privide them with additional identity proofs. They replied saying they'll

investigate.

A month passed and nothing was done. I had to sign up for a different

ads service and had to edit all my webpages. They even ripped me off

the money which I earned.

Just because google is big company they think they can rip-off and

harass innocent people. That's shame on them.

I don't know how many other people would have been robbed by

google. And just because they're big, we're helpless. Adsense is a scam!

Re: Adsense SCAM!

It is unfortunate what happened to you, but it is not a scam. Advertisers are paying Google. And the advertisers are relying on google to keep everyone legitimate. If you read their TOS, you will see that it favors Google - rightfully so. They want to protect their clients - the advertisers, afterall, that is who is actually paying Google.

Re: Adsense SCAM!

Adsense is simply hopeless...utter bullshit...
We have to pay for what someone has made illegal clicks..
Read the mail that was sent to me(below), I really think they have lost it...they have seen that there are many users using my website, making them think that I will earn lots from them and they will the ones who will be in a loss.
Who are they to disable the account just like that. Why the f*** do they have to accept the adsense account if they have to disable it.

Here's the mail sent to me by Google,

Hello XXXXX,

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in
advance for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've
taken, please do not reply to this email. You can find more information
by visiting
www.google.com.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

This shows how they are just there to make profits and whoever else makes profit they are out of the game.
F***ers.

Cheers

Re: Adsense SCAM!

Friends,

You are not the only one who's using adsense. Adsense is NOT a scam.

vladtepes
Your friend must have misused adsense to earn money greedily. Google uses advanced algorithms that you can't cheat.

You may be using the same IP address as your friend does. That must be the reason for you to be banned.

If you are genuine, you dont have to worry about adsense, because According to my experience adsense is the most honest and transparent payer on the net.

Google advertisers pay google for their adds google pays us a fraction of that so they dont need to cheat cos' they already get a profit for each click.

After all we all know what Google really is. What are the chances that such a mighty company wants to spoil their name by cheating on our small money???

I advise you to start a new adsense account and be patient and wait if you are genuine there is nothing to worry, they will send your cheque into your doorsteps.

Re: Adsense SCAM!

To all of you that are defending Google, you are 100% completely wrong in doing so! They are scamming the little guys and not looking back. I had them do almost this same thing to me, except I have no roommate or anyone I could be confused for and I was not doing anything out of the ToS. If they are doing it based on an IP address and my account gets canceled because I pay for internet and someone who uses the same company as me and has a close IP address... well then that is a loophole they have found and are exploiting in their own ToS which also screams SCAM! I have written about my similar experience here: www.srblair.com

Re: Adsense SCAM!

AdSense in NOT a scam considering payment.Yes sometime they are rude on judging the real matter.I think they must take some proper and tight steps on finding invalid clicks. Also they must mention the exact reason on banning one's account on the email.
Its really annoyed being disabled without any valid reasons though.

Re: Adsense SCAM!

i really understand you as well as in the begining we don't know what we doing but we done a bit mistake after sometime we see the results and then we know yes we done mistake. Adsense says work legally and create only 1 account at one address and 1 IP. tell me one thing you said any body that click on my adsense ads if you did't that's the big reason to block your account they know the all activities on your pc they can see.

i know you will not understand what i m saying because that's not the right time you must understand and i m sure you will understand after few days.

Adsense is better than others that's it not only my experience whole world people experience they making money too much .

Re: Adsense SCAM!

its a SCAM for a bucket of reasons. everything was fine til they got my tax info then a day later I'm accused of something they "can't discuss" and banned from adsense, as I mentioned this to my friends I heard the same story repeated to me, it's hard to believe it's not a scam to collect personal info to sell or who knows what with your ss#. I read the terms very carefully and it is clear it's a SCAM contract, example "we reserve the right to change anything in the terms at anytime without any notice and such changes will be retroactive" to boot. that's a NO WIN contract or a SCAM. I thought it would take some time to meet the minimum payout so I made sure to plug my videos on FB & TWTR, I got an instant spike in views to my vids, I was excited cause just days earlier I got my pin and was able to set up my tax info so now I'm thinking here we go I might make that minimum sooner than later, for three days I pushed my vids hard on every site I could, then yesterday I'm sent an email from adsense saying I broke a rule but they "can't tell me anything about it", it's like "thanks for your personal info and you don't reach enough ppl anyway so that will be our excuse if we get pinned in a corner as a SCAM." The one guy I know who made a very very small profit has been threatened four times with supposed violations and even though all were proven false he was sent an email that stated "in the event of another penalty your adsense account will be banned" WHAT THE ****? if the guy has been vindicated every time and I'd like to add that adsense took responsibility for the previous false claims WHY THE HELL SHOULD HE BE PUNISHED? again WHAT THE ****? so I'm sure if you're a far reaching popular site you'll be fine for now, but I know for a fact if your some everyday tom dick or harry with a few vids and a few friends don't do it, adsense just wants your social security number and other important personal info then they'll claim you broke a rule but they won't tell you which one. so my time capsule review on adsense is it's a PIECE OF SHIT SCAM TO STEAL YOUR PERSONAL ID.

this is the surprise email I got.

Hello,
With our advertising programs, we strive to create an online ecosystem that benefits publishers, advertisers and users. For this reason, we sometimes have to take action against accounts that demonstrate behavior toward users or advertisers that may negatively impact how the ecosystem is perceived. In your case, we have detected invalid activity on your site and your account has been disabled.
We're limited in the amount of information we can provide about your specific violation. We understand this can be frustrating for you, but we've taken these precautionary measures because intentional violators can use this information to circumvent our detection systems.
In some cases, publishers can make significant changes to correct the violation and are willing to comply with the AdSense program policies (google.com/adsense/policies). For this reason, we offer an appeals process as an opportunity to work with you to resolve the issue. To help you with the process, we’ve created a list of the top reasons for account closure for you to review before submission at support.google.com. Please be sure to provide a thorough analysis in your appeal, which you can submit at support.google.com and we will follow up accordingly.
Thanks for your understanding,
The GoogleAdSense Team. So they want you to go through the bullsh!t list pick one and appeal even though they know they're done with you, they got what they wanted which was my tax info and there excuse ultimately has nothing to do with the original accusation, in the end adsense decided I don't reach enough ppl but thats bullsh!t, adsense banned me because I had a small spike or gain in views which is the point of the whole thing, the claim they can tell the difference between valid and invalid activity but I think they're full of sh!t.
this is the bullsh!t generic response to my concern about my stolen tax info.

Hello,
Thank you for your appeal. We appreciate the additional information you've
provided, as well as your continued interest in the AdSense program.
However, after thoroughly re-reviewing your account data and taking your
