dictionary

hello there. I have a question in c++ about including a dictionary to be part of a program . I'm still a beginner and I never included something that is not part of visual studio . I found this dictionary on this site

icon.shef.ac.uk

which is pretty good I extracted the files and now I want to know how to store the files and create a library that I can include in visual studio to be part of my program . thx for your suggestions and help .
