you can check if your server ip is listed in a spam list by using the mxtoolbox website. Choose blacklist check and enter your ip address or their domain name. It will show you if they are in any spamlist
mxtoolbox.com

If your ip is in a spamlist you will have to contact them to remove you. Each list has a different method of removal

I would request you that go with specific filter that are available in your mail configuration. In case of gmail that you can use go with filters.

Hello,

Your customers need to add a SPF record in their domain zone.

yes, an spf or dkim option has to added to your client's dns records as well if they don't already have them. This is a bit of security that most email providers use. But knowing if your server ip is in a blacklist is the most important thing

Well you need to make sure that your servers didn't actually send bunch of emails around of the globe right now I suppose

Make a check with spam databases and file a requests to clear your IP if it's listed.

Add DKIM and SPF records at their domains too, it will help in the future.
You can look how to do it at that article: https://serversuit.com/community/technical-tips/view/easy-method-to-set-up-a-personal-mailbox.html

Something like that.

You need to contact to your hosting providers to assist on this issue. you can check the IP whether its blacklisted or not as said above or else there are some of the hosting providers who provide Spamscan control panel as an addon.

I think, you need to spam filter.Otherwise, you might as well create a temporary email address. Encrypt a current email address and use a secure email provider.
