Re: Free vs Paid Web Hosting

Unless your website requires the specific features offered by the paid hosting plans, free web hosting services might be all you need and especially if you are aiming to save on money without compromising on the performance.

Re: Free vs Paid Web Hosting

Tech-support is always been important in paid web hosting. If it is given neatly, it is always better to purchase web hosting. Btw, great info. Thanks for sharing.

Re: Free vs Paid Web Hosting

I always prefer paid hosting. The main problems with free hosting are

1.You don’t own your own site, you have no power over its existence or presence. The company can decide to take away your free-dom any time. Your site can be removed for many reasons.

2.When you use free webhosting, you are paying for it by allowing the host to place advertisements on your website. You will have banners and/or pop-up ads on your homepage and/or all of your pages. You will have no control over the kind of ads that show up on your site or how they show up on your website.

3.It’s not just the visitors to your website, but the search engines will also not take you quite as seriously.

It is always better to choose paid hosting. There are different hosting providers are offering different packages. You may take a look here
