Adsense SCAM!

The Adsesnse program of google seems to be rip-off. There might be

some people who are earning but they conned me.

I live in a shared property. My housemate got his adsense account

banned due to illegal clicks. And to my surprise, few days later they

banned my account even thinking I was the same person.

I have different name, bank-account details, different domain, the only

thing common is the address. I don't know what on earth made them

think I am the same person.

I emailed them about this and they didn'y respond. After a few days I

emailed again rantin about their behaviour. I asked them to act

professionally and atleast acknowledge my email, and I told them I could

privide them with additional identity proofs. They replied saying they'll

investigate.

A month passed and nothing was done. I had to sign up for a different

ads service and had to edit all my webpages. They even ripped me off

the money which I earned.

Just because google is big company they think they can rip-off and

harass innocent people. That's shame on them.

I don't know how many other people would have been robbed by

google. And just because they're big, we're helpless. Adsense is a scam!

Re: Adsense SCAM!

It is unfortunate what happened to you, but it is not a scam. Advertisers are paying Google. And the advertisers are relying on google to keep everyone legitimate. If you read their TOS, you will see that it favors Google - rightfully so. They want to protect their clients - the advertisers, afterall, that is who is actually paying Google.

Re: Adsense SCAM!

Adsense is simply hopeless...utter bullshit...
We have to pay for what someone has made illegal clicks..
Read the mail that was sent to me(below), I really think they have lost it...they have seen that there are many users using my website, making them think that I will earn lots from them and they will the ones who will be in a loss.
Who are they to disable the account just like that. Why the f*** do they have to accept the adsense account if they have to disable it.

Here's the mail sent to me by Google,

Hello XXXXX,

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in
advance for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've
taken, please do not reply to this email. You can find more information
by visiting
www.google.com.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

This shows how they are just there to make profits and whoever else makes profit they are out of the game.
F***ers.

Cheers

Re: Adsense SCAM!

Friends,

You are not the only one who's using adsense. Adsense is NOT a scam.

vladtepes
Your friend must have misused adsense to earn money greedily. Google uses advanced algorithms that you can't cheat.

You may be using the same IP address as your friend does. That must be the reason for you to be banned.

If you are genuine, you dont have to worry about adsense, because According to my experience adsense is the most honest and transparent payer on the net.

Google advertisers pay google for their adds google pays us a fraction of that so they dont need to cheat cos' they already get a profit for each click.

After all we all know what Google really is. What are the chances that such a mighty company wants to spoil their name by cheating on our small money???

I advise you to start a new adsense account and be patient and wait if you are genuine there is nothing to worry, they will send your cheque into your doorsteps.

Re: Adsense SCAM!

To all of you that are defending Google, you are 100% completely wrong in doing so! They are scamming the little guys and not looking back. I had them do almost this same thing to me, except I have no roommate or anyone I could be confused for and I was not doing anything out of the ToS. If they are doing it based on an IP address and my account gets canceled because I pay for internet and someone who uses the same company as me and has a close IP address... well then that is a loophole they have found and are exploiting in their own ToS which also screams SCAM! I have written about my similar experience here: www.srblair.com
