CacheFile Directive or MMapFile Directive

We have an application running under Windows NT through Apache web server. For better performance we want to cache some of the static files and contents. So we came up with mod_file_cache technique. It has two directives "CacheFile Directive" and "MMapFile Directive". But we want to know which directive gives better performance and which one for Windows NT you would prefer? Advance appreciations.

thanks
mat.
