Their 24/7 support is almost never there (they offer 24/7 online, mail and phone support), so when you run into problem you can only wait for hours someone read your mail.

Unfortunatelly for you - you are wrong.

We have huge problems for two last days (this is our 20th problem in last few months). You still can not solve it.

I am trying to get support for hours right now - noone is there and Live support says all three departments are offline.

Around 15.sep. you lost couple of our mail messages, some of them were directly connected with money loss.

Etc, etc...

In adition to several dozens of out-of-service experiences, webburner had at least two major mail-server crashes with data-loss in several months.

They lost our web-logs for several-months period.
