Question

locking hidden shares


hi every one
my computer running windows sp2
my computer connected with many computer by lan
i wanna to keep my computer not accessible from some peoples naming themselfes hackers so ..

i make one user for my computer as administrator
i make strong password for administrator
i deleted the hidden shares (c$,ipc$,adminS) but ..by command
net share c$ /delete

but every time i restarting my computer the hidden shares that i had deleted back again

i want to delete all hidden shares without back again ,
i don't want also to uninstall (files and printer sharing) from my network connections

please any one have idea help me .
