Hello,

I am very new to Apache Web Sever, I have installed it on my WinXP Pro machine, and I'm able to see the default web page when I enter mylocalhost. However I can't seem to view my web page once I loaded it under Apache document root directory...

I used MS Front Page to create my web site and it is working fine from another non Apache server. I installed all my files and folders,including the index.html into my document root directory c:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/htdocs/, but I keep getting the default test web page instead.

Will you please tell me where I need to FTP or install my Web Page files under apache???

before displaying your site, check first if Apache working with 127.0.0.1 or localhost. if displaying "it's works" or apache information web, its mean apache running!
then create folder contain your web eg:recosmic, in htdocs. call it browser like this loclahost/recosmic. you must have index.html, index.php, default.html etc, see your configuration file in apache.
