I wanted to have your opinions on my new project which makes me very
excited - www.pageranktoplist.com.

This is toplist, ranked primarily by Google PR and then by number of hits in.
I'm aware of fact, that there are 1-2 tops which are similar,
but this one has unique feature - links in top are "direct" (clicks tracked with JS),
so that PR is passed to participating sites. In a way it also behaves as classic link exchange and/or directory.

I'd be thankful for your feedback (both about idea and implementation) + will gladly accept sites which comply with rules
(quality, family-friendly,with own domain and in English).

i'll tell you this.
the functionality is good, but to me everything is too close together, i don't know what to look at first. Gets a little blury. but that's just me

Looks good, targeted traffic buys must be working well. Like the layout to emphasize traditional link option too.

Its a clean layout, also the color chossen is suited well to this type of site

I agree... think about a better nav sys. Otherwise, the site works well and looks good. 1 last comment, what about page set to variable width instead of fixed or atleast decrease the padding

Some of your fonts are too small and close together.You might wanna try changing it....just my opinion though.
