With CPanel you can use the backup tool within the control panel and then restore it on the new host. I think you have to do this for each individual site. Your new host may even provide this service since you are signing up with them.

pay attention to your hosting billing cycle if you have a subscription undergoing! I had a bad experience with it so I just wanted to warn you!

Re: moving from 1 host to another

There are also "migration scripts". You'd better talk to someone who is involved in server administration.

Re: moving from 1 host to another

If your accounts are not too large (less than 300mb according to cPanel, I did move some 1GB accounts, though), your new host can move them with the WHM transfer tool, provided that you list the domain, username and password for each account to be moved.
If this way fails, like Div said, you can use the cPanel backup tool, perform a full backup and send it via FTP to your new host. You need then to ask him to restore it as root access is required for a proper restoration.

Good luck !

JagWire,

Is the WHM transfer tool for server admins only or is it accessible from what resellers get?

The transfer tool is available for root (admin) only. Most hosts will transfer their new customer's accounts for free or for a small fee, though

The easiest way is having root on both servers as this allows to bulk move the accounts
