phpBB : Critical Error

I can't login in my forum for several days with the error message :

Someone has hacked your phpBB, go to phpMyAdmin, and search for some items in the request (i.e. nig...) and remove those from the database so you can at least load it up again... Then you can work on upgrading to the latest version of phpBB!

I've done this many times before, so if you're still stuck let me know!
