The error check returns 13 - ERROR_INVAILD_DATA
I've got no idea.
I've been trying for ages
any helps would be apreacated.

You may want to include your code in "c" blocks rather than "code" blocks. Take a look at the way that you format your code and see if there isn't something that you can do to make it easier to read. Also, the membership agreement says that you can't post copyrighted content on this site. Perhaps maybe no one cares, but you have a copyright statement in your code.

When I looked at your code, I found some brace mis-matching and balanced them. I'd appreciate it if you could at least point to where you think the problem may be located. Do you mean at your call to GetLastError? Have you checked to ensure that all of the parameters in your CreateDialog call are the values that you expect? Did you try simply passing in hThisInstance instead of the call to GetModuleHandle? I usually recommend casting the "Dialog Procedure" to a DLGPROC:
