Probelm removing a line in my template

Sir,
I am mailing you my template which I am going to use in my new website freejavaguide.com. This is a zipped template found in http://www.freejavaguide.com/website.zip

I want to remove the following line from the HTML of this template..

<iframe name="" src="" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" vspace="0" hspace="0" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" height="90" scrolling="no" width="728"></iframe>

When I remove it the whole design of the site gets disturbed.

How do i remove the line basically the white rectangular box seen above (Link 1 ) without disturbing the site look

2 changes:
1. after the </head> tag
HTML Code:

    <tbody><tr valign="top">
        <td style="padding: 1px" width="25">
<table border="0" width="102%">
<tbody><tr><td width="25%">

2. and around the line you wanted removed:

<td class="headerTD">&nbsp;
<!--

See if that's sort of what you want.

Oh, both changes are to the bob1.htm file.
