I'm a beginner in C programming and need help with writing a program to sum 16-bit binary nos. Program stores bits of a binary number in a dynamically allocated linked list, one bit per list element.
It reads integers from a file, converts to 16-bit binary linked list representation and calculates the sum of each pair of integers using the binary rep. Negative integers are to be represented using 16-bit two's compliment.
Could really use some advice, thanks a lot.
