new user - apache root config...

i've successfully installed Apache2, et al, on my windows xp machine (several times, in fact and am successfully serving a small website (my own domain) from it with the help of a DynDNS service. - before i get too far in serving other domains, i'm wondering if i'm going to run into any problems with my Apache, PHP, mysql, and phpmyadmin folders ALL being in the same ROOT folder along with my web folder;

i.e.

root/Apache
root/PHP
root/mysql
root/phpmyadmin

and if this might be a problem:
root/web/index.php << (my site, of course)

and further sites being...
root/web/domain1/index.php ... etc...

in other words, wonder if someone could tell me what the best DIR structure is for this kind of setup?

thanks kindly,
gn

You shouldn't run into any problems... but you just never know what Winders is gonna do.

I'd recommend a low-level format and an install of Gentoo. jk
