Hello, i was wondering what sports are popular in the community,
i am from Argentina and our popular sports here are not the same as the ones in USA or Europe.
I play tennis since i was 8, which is popular world-wide. i also play some soccer and paddle which is not even known in most of countries.

What about you?, do you practise any sport?.

Well , I mainly practice baseball and basketball .

Well, although India has won medals in hockey numerous times in the past, the involvement of the masses with hockey is on the decline, and with the advent of Sania Mirza on the int'l women's tennis, tennis is gaining popularity; but all that is outshone by the craze for cricket in this country!

Thats the general background of my country, and as far as your question goes: I practice cricket, am into basketball part-time and a bit of tennis (both forms) and soccer during the monsoon!

I usually play basketball during highschool years. But because of work, I don't play much basketball as I would like to.
Nowadays ,for social gathering, I usually play billiards (8-ball and 9-ball) and bowling.
