Norton Ghost 2003Hi,
I try to restore an image file [.gho] by noron ghost 2003 into a new hard disk. I want to know if it is needed that capacity of destination HDD should be equal or greater than origin HDD? Or does it depend on the used volume of the origin HDD by data? Thanks, |

I know for certain that for a Partition Image, it will fit as long as the destination HD is as big as the space used on the ghosted partition.
I guess the same thing applied if you ghosted the entire HD. Garth Farley |

i read the manual an its not to clear, i think u need a HD as big as or larger than the original, ,, but i see no reason why it shudnt work with a smaller Hd - as long as the miage fits???
