Web Hosting Provider

Can anyone recommend a web hosting provider? The ones I use do not use PHP 5 nad you really need it if you want to do some cool user interfaces.

I need something called SPL and also SimpleXML but I do not know of these two things are just shareware or free or have the same sort of required priorities to install as PHP 5.
