unmarked resistor

Hey!
A short question. What does it mean when a resistor on a graphic card is unmarked? Can it mean that it has zero resistance?

Re: unmarked resistor

Yeah, a 0 ohm resistor. How smart would that be?

Just joking. What kind of resistor is it? Surface mount or normal? If it's surface mount then you'd need the schematics or other data to know what the value is. Normal resistors usually have color bands or the value printed on them.

Re: unmarked resistor

All the other resistor seem to be marked but this one is not (not on my card though and I can't expect the guy to check it for me). Bad luck. Thanks for answering this idiotic question of mine.
