Hi, evertime I try to create a new e-mail in outlook express it displays this error message:

msimn.exe

This program has perfomed and illegal operation...........

When clicking on details it displays:

This obviously isn't a problem with outlook express as states, also because the same error message is displayed when trying to access the address book from the start menu. This problem is highly frustrating as I am unable to send any e-mails from outlook express. Any suggestions?
