Automated Object Orientated C++ Code DocumenterHello all, I do not know if this is the right forum to post this, but I could not find anywhere entirely appropriate
What this is about is that I would like a few helpful people to try out my software I have created for my degree project and tell me what they think. This software can be downloaded at the bottom of this post. Software Description What my software is, is an automated documenter that documents C++ code and produces diagrams in a fashion similar to UML. The software will automatically include comments you have written in code as well as allow you to add comments via the application. You can save, and print the diagrams as well as amend them manually by editing the “.dat” file. Some feadback please Basically what I need from you is an answer to the following questions after which if you like the software you may continue to use it for as long as you like. The questions are…
downLoad Click s126681945.websitehome.co.uk to down load it, there is no installation processes just unzip it and run it. I have provided a user guide and some demo files for you to try the software out on, but I would also like you to try it on some of your own projects. I would appreciate any help with this, as I am approaching the deadline and I need data in order to make a conclusion on this software. Thanks in Advance Alex. |

Re: Automated Object Orientated C++ Code DocumenterHey.
Your program is very nice. Perhaps you could change the way users actually see the comments ? like display the comment when you move over the colored square in a dedicated text box. Clicking on each square is simply not convinient. another thing : the usage of colors as important flags could produce a problem for the color blind, So I suppose you could add a simple sign inside the colored squares. This was not the exact feedback you described, but I thought it's worth mentioning. Best regards, Kobi. __________________

Yeah, my mistake. (To anyone who reads this post - I originally posted a wonder about documentation, simply because I didn't notice that there was a good documentation available by the OP). Kobi. __________________
