NTI DVD Maker 7 and Sony RW only burn half a DVD

I wanted to assemble the data in 7 CDs into one DVD. I copied CD1 to CD7 in my HD and then I burned a "data DVD". CD1, 2 and 3 could be read OK. CD4 to 7 appear in the DVD directory and seem to occupy space, but can't be opened. What can I do? Please help me. Thank you.
