Programming for serial portI'm trying to make a program that must read and write data to and from a serial port, but I'm stomped.
Basically, what I need is something like this: serial_connect() - connect to a given port at a given baud rate. serial_terminate() - close the connection again serial_send() - sends data over the serial port -- and some sort of function for receiving data as well.. Is there a library or similar that I can use? (Please link or be specific, as I can't seem to find anything anywhere) Even a short example would be of tremendous help.. I'm using GCC on Linux. |
