Note these are supposed to be constructive criticisms (even though you didn't ask for them), it may help you to get some link exchanges.

There's a massive amount of advertising on the front page, I hope the newsletters don't have any/too many. Ditch the bravenet web counter too, it makes the page look worse.

Why have you made a big collection of free sites on the front page? Aren't they slightly irrelevant.

I tend not to trust people who offer advertisements with free hits possibly under some sort of illegal pyramid scheme, get rid of those too.

Who are the people who's work you will be referencing in the newsletters? Are they world renound? Do they know you'll be using their work?

On the plus side, maybe it is time for a new newsletter to come out, though I would like it if you kept the archives accessible for people to see. It would help people find your site too.
