Wow what a great idea, it seems kind of unique in the sense of the word. I think most things are great, but maybe some sort of help/about page on the site would be beneficial rather than having to sign up to find out.
Also, I'd like to know more information about who I'm accepting a bid from so there should be more ways for people to show off their talent rather than just posting website links.

I do like the idea of the private message board, which I'm sure will be useful to people.
Is it possible to place a private bid too? Maybe some people will be a bit more forthcoming with information if this is allowed, but also there will be a loss of level ground.
