Here's some of my observations:

First thing I noticed, you're lacking the traditional title banner that allows people to jump back to the home page from wherever they are.

Double-check your spelling before posting:

The text in the box at the top is difficult to read on the purple strip.

The [Advertisement] page has too many exclamation marks for my taste. It starts to look like spam mail.

I like the idea of the editorials and web site reviews, and the "File storing" service is an interesting idea.

Blank pages: The VB6 tutorial, music download, FAQ, and Links sections are all missing information.

I think the Front Page link should be moved near the top of the navbar; maybe relabel it "Home" since most people are used to that title.

i think it could use more graphics and more color but other than that i think it looks good

but it does not fill up the entire page.
some space is left out at the right...
are you planning to use that space for some other purposes?
and i think you can add more space inbetween.(i think it is little bit congested at the top)
and in the custom page design page, the red line strikesthrough
Also note that all costs are in US Currency.

The site design is good looking really professional

The 4 col just below the header should be of 4-5 lines of text with a spacing in bwt them this will look like more professional and increase readiablity and can catch eye of your fav or featured tools or services currently it is looking to much merged with the design. needs to be stand out.

The site design itself is very pleasing to the eyes. However, it has many technical flaws, in my opinion.

All in all it looks good I did feel when I entered site there was to much to take in all at once may break that 1st page into two sections or pages

hmmm....
it need less thinng on the page. There is too much blocks. Use just a short senteces and use it as a link to full article.

I appears very crowded.. maybe you placed a lot in one page. You need to edit the content and the layout..
