yoo hoo! help needed

can any one tell me how to make a layout using iframes and div layers! plz tell me step by step!i cant grab this thing! here is and example of wht kind of layout i want www.dollielove.com

Well that site is actually using iframes within iframes and no divs it seems. Their CSS file is poorly written unfortunately.

Looking at their source code, you could get the general idea, but honestly, I would try to steer clear of using frames.
