GIDZipTest now showing compression %Just some small update to the script;
If you are checking your already compressed web pages, the results page will now show you the difference in filesize (uncompressed [compressed]) and the percentage of reduction in the filesize. Please note that this is not some scientific test and I am not guaranteeing the results under any circumstances; it's just a rough estimate. Also note that the 'gzip test' script is measuring only the web page (i.e the HTML source file being viewed), not images, not externally linked javascript and CSS files etc. As usual, if you find any problems / unexplainable errors, please let me know asap? GIDZipTest - A simple online gzip test tool. __________________
