My computer is messed up!!!?

My computer cuts off before I even get to the boot screen? I bought the parts new from new egg and have sent them back thinking that each of these were the problem, but it still will not stay on. I send back and replaced the motherboard, processor, and power supply. It still doesn't work? I replaced the ram and hardrive as well. Can someone please help me out with this?

lol sounds like everything is spoilt... if u changed motherboard, processor, and power supply, that leaves hard disk Maybe the harddisk isnt set to master if its ATA, maybe the power supply isnt set to 130 Volts or 240 volts etc.

Do you have enough time to get to the Bios? In alot of modern Bioses there is a shut-off CPU temperature that may have been set to an extremely low setting? I'm just grasping at straws though. This is a pretty bizare occurence. Alcedo gave some pretty good things to check for. Have you tried a power regulator? You may getting some pretty severe variations in your power signal.

Offhand it does sound like a hot CPU. Here's some things to look at for CPU issues:
  • Are you using the correct size heatsink for your processor's wattage?
  • Did you use a thermal pad or paste between the heatsink and CPU?
  • Is your CPU fan working correctly?
  • If you have a copper insert between the CPU and heatsink, make sure it's not bent. You may have a poor connection between CPU and the sink.

Is your power from the wall clean? You might want to get the power company to check your outlets and see if there's any problems they can fix. You might also look at getting a line conditioner.

adding to what crystalattice said, if all the prior suggestions fail, try upgrading your power supply to a more powerful one. Maybe the power supply isn't capable of handling the computer's consumption.
