first sorry for the delay in answering
last week i reinstalled xp with the same CD that i used to install my xp last time , after that the installation got completed all the problems went away . and it's almost 1 week that my computer is completely allright .
the services don't get disabled and now my xp is just fine .
now i'm wondering why this reinstalling fixed my problem . of course i used the same method of installing xp as i did before .
i mean : i formated my partition and started installing xp . now i have both xp and 98 installed and there is no error . ;-)
