Help with a html/javascript members areaHello , i was wondering whether it would be possible to get a password or members are for my website (cut and payste type thing)
basicaly im starting off my website with freewebs hosting and .tk domain and i have no idea at how to add a members section for me and my band members to acess files shared ansd things the template which ive just started... nothing fancy atm is www.backcoverstory.tk any help would be appriciated :-) |

Does your host allow PHP, Perl, or ASP? If you can, that's the secure way. If not, I have a javascript way that's not very secure, but it works.

Walt is correct - ASP / PHP / htaccess or something besides JavaScript would be a lot more secure. You might check out Gatekeeper or Password Protection Scripts as well.
