I still don't get it!!!

I just want to know how many PAGE VIEWS on my site? So which one is it?

There is a calendar is ther not? that is where the simple stats are.

really i still don't get it - none of the stats on it ever match the ones off pphlogger (not even close). I will write about one other 'webalizer alternative' soon but i have to try it first -> AWStats

btw BigZ, did u get pphlogger up on your site already? U can add a lot of stats on your pages with it if u want - let me know if u need help there.

Green is hits

If you go to http://banners.iconbar.com/stats/usage_200205.html there is a graph. Green is hits again. There is also a table at the top with Hits and Visits.

yes is did get pphlogger up but i am having trouple using it.
Here is my problem:
I cant figure out what tracks individual page hits. and also individual visits. and individual visitors.

that can't be right, on mine it says 91,400 just from May 1 - 4! I only wish...


why don't u start a new topic in the Web Design section of this forum and we can start by putting some online stats like "Users Online" on your pages (like I have done on mine).

And about your problem, there is a difference between visitors and hits. Hits is how many things were downloaded form your site (3 images count as 3 hits) and visitors is how many time people came to your site.

oh man, time for me to re-do the forum categories and descriptions - i think i will start doing that when i get back on thurs...

I would suggest investing in an offline stats analysis program. You can download your raw logs and get much more detail - imo the default webalizer config is far from comprehensive.
