Advice neededHello guys,
I am new here and I need an advice. I am about to launch online business, servicing customers in the US, UK, and other English speaking countries (intangible goods - service business). I am looking for third party online processing system (so that i can operate without merchant account). Can you kindly recommend some companies, other than 2checkout, iKobo and WorldPay (as for the last one I doubt as for what ammount of $ they usually serve)? As to PayPal, they surely do not serve the region I live in - Ukraine, Eastern Europe. Thank you very much for your help and recommendations. W. |

Have you considered www.chronopay.com ? They have offices in Russia but I don't think they are a "third party processor".
FYI: I am plugging them because they are supporting this forum by advertising here. __________________

Worldpay is usually one option even though I know you are not really wanting them. Most of the more reputable third party processors usually charge a set-up fee to help weed out some of the users that are trying to "test" credit cards for undesirable uses.

TO CoreyCorey,
thank you for response. One more question, what other reputable 3rd party processors can you recommend. As far as I know, the majority of 3pp require a set-up fee, so this is ok with me. Thank you W. |

We usually refer people over to www.ecs-world.com - we have been using them for about two years. One person has had one problem but it was because of the gateway that was used (and some other problems as well). They do not put them on that gateway anymore. You can check out some of their basic rates here. We are working on getting a sign up form as well with them.

To Corey Re: ECS WorldDear Corey,
I guess they are indeed professional company (reputable) because they charge a really nice set up fee of $500, comparing to 2Checkout for instance, which is about $50. Unfortunately, they have very limited info on their website. Can you tell me, how often they tranfer money and what is appropriate amount of volume they work with (is there any min ammount)? Do they work arround the world? Thank you very much W. |

It depends on volume etc but I think once a week. I have all the papers in my email that I have been working on actually (a new site). Just trying to get my other sites up and running. if you would like you can email martin (at) ecs-world . com - he is usually the person I refer everyone over to
