Add/Remove Database tables dynamically from workspace

Hi all
I am a beginner to VC++. I am developing a MDIapplication with database support and have SQL Server 2k installed.
My problem is that I cannot add a new table in my project which i forgot to add while starting development. similarly, if I delete a table ( 'dbo.LoginTable' ) from the SQL database, my program gives error ( unknown object 'dbo.LoginTable' ).
Is there any way to add remove tables in our project at run time ??

please give some suggestions, thanks in advance.
