Plz help me , i m novice user nd i ave bought hosting service with domain www.waplinks3.com

1st of all i would lik 2know that i dont ave httpd file on apache linux bt ave postinfo nd htaccess file , nd by default it doesnt display index html page nd the setting 2ritten was in httpd 2display index page bt in postinfo its as base url as index.html bt the page doesnt show up even after adding index after the url

I would lik 2create mysite in php same lik my old site waplinks3.wlist.sk nd with pwd protection plz help

The index.html doesnt show up , is there ne setting 2b done in cpanel nd is there no need of httpd file , the above script is exactly wat i ave in htaccess in root , www nd public folder
