Spotting errors is what I want you to do. By 'you' I mean everybody using the tool.

I tend not to tell the user exactly what the error was for most of the scripts that I write. I get a nice report instead

The reason why phpkitchen.com didn't work is more likely a caching issue - let me try to do exactly what you did...

No problems with www.phpkitchen.con and then www.phpkitchen.com !

You spoke too soon... it hasn't appeared on the first page in the past 24 hours or so. Some people were finding the page by searching for 'desilva gzip test' so that's a good sign, I think!

When I use the Gidziptest, I get this reverse DNS still - ns1.cpanel.dxon.net. How come I don't get the new one?

It would be really cool if people could just type in a link and send it to someone so that they could check it instantly:

http://www.desilva.biz/gzip-test.php...ww.example.com

This would also be good to appear in the address bar to help the person notice the way it is working.

I have no idea why that is still showing.

I had thought about allowing the URLs in the link but decided against it, though I can't remember why, right now.

I will look at the script again and see what I can do but it certainly won't be today.
