You can simply download the script using a traditional FTP client. Then upload the script on the new web server. Make sure that you give the script the appropriate permissions. This can be by running the chmd command, available in most FTP clients.

Is there a program you can recommend to edit cgi files? I've been using notepad and it's getting to be a pain. Thanks

Try downloading AnyEdit... its a free editor and allows you to do alot of undo's.
