network drive access through Apache

network drive access through Apache

Hello.

I have installed Apache on a Windows XP SP2 OS. I mapped a network drive and I configured apache for giving user access on it. Everything seems to work fine except the fact that the access on the network drive is very slow while using the Windows Explorer I don't have any delay. Also, access of local drives through Apache is OK.

Can anyone help me, please?
