mouse movement into bitmap

Hello:
Could anyone be so kind to explain how can i get the coordenates of a graphic that i have inside a control CStatic , type Bitmap, i want to capture mouse movement only if the cursor is inside of the picture(HBITMAP) embedded inside my control... i get something but it is wrong, because y get this coordinates but not just inside the graphic...
I have a splitter window, one of them is a formView and inside of this i have my Cstati control where i obtain the picture of the graphic. I've used OnmouseMovement. Thanks a lot
