hi, i have a problem , lately after i sign in ,in my yahoo messenger
i can't enter the chatrooms,it sends this error
"u have been signed off because u signed in a different computer or device" what exactly does this mean?

Kacyndra will become famous soon enough
that probably means that you either signed in somewhere else (like in shcool maybe?) and didn't sign out, or left your screenname and password saved on another computer, and someone else signed in.

no i don't think thats the case, i never sign in at yahoo anywhere other than in my room, on my own pc so theres no chance of the password being saved on another computer .i think im gonna have to contact yahoo help or ...

I have never used "YIM" before but I got some related news about it via my Google Alerts today and I remembered this thread.

There appears to be a "fix" suggested towards the bottom of the article... I hope this is the issue you're facing.

Yahoo messenger sign in problem


I even can not sign in in yahoo messenger. It gives me error " you have been signed off becuase you sign in on a different computer or device". I have even tried by creating new id and tried to sign in and got the same error. I can sign in from other computer using the same login id. It is happening from last 1 week. Please help me.
