As of writing the sign up is down and it states this:
As of Sunday, April 13th, 2003 at 10:39 pm EST, Illusionfxnet.com will stop application submissions Until we have cPanel licence and cPanel up and running and stuff moved to the new server. Thanks.

So basically, this is one to watch for. You'll just have to keep checking if it is available. If anyone does see it open, please post here to tell others.

Thank you for the update. I am sure the readers here will appreciate the news and your service.

We now have applications up. We aren't accepting them until our administration area is complete though, but we're giving everyone the opportunity to sign up as soon as possible. It looks like we've got around 200+ apps in within the last 2 days I think. So apply as soon as you can.
