Could anyone help me out with configuring apache 2.0.

1)configure server to record maximum amount of info in errorlog
I've read on apache doc. but still don't understand.


2)configure server to allow per-user web directories to be created on the
www.example.com virtual host.
I've read on apache doc. but still don't understand how and what to insert.

so that www.example.com



3)customize the 404 error message of server so that it has the host name
and port of the webserver.
