HP Comoaq NX9010 FAN problem


I have HP Compaq NX 9010 laptop,I have a problem with my laptop cause it becomes hot and slow after one or two hour.There are two fans in back of my Laptop,one of them dose not run.
Please help me how can I disasseble my Laptop.

BTW, if you're computer is still under warranty, don't take it apart yourself. You'll void the warranty.
