Just a personal opinion: lose the "l33t" speak. Not only does it make things unreadable but no one is impressed by it. Being able to speak eloquently will impress more people than appearing to be illiterate.
You may not have meant it that way, and if English is not your first language, I apologize. __________________

Whew! I am glad... actually your avatar reminded me of a funny and true story my ex-gf told me once.
In some airport somewhere they had the warning "Watch your step" in many different languages. The one is Japanese however, was simply saying, "My name is Sato"  My ex-gf is Japanese and she was a stewardess. __________________
