installing aMsn in RedHat Linux


Hi,
Does anyone have idea of how to install aMsn in Linux?

hey its MSN messenger in unix (clone of msn messanger). anyway i just got it working. thanx.

alright how did u install amsn??? i got the 'gz' off and the 'tar' extentions....
now i have the installer...how do i get that going? im new to linux

i got the .bin file. its like an windows installer. You can download it from
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/amsn/amsn-0.94-3-linux-installer.bin?download. After installation, the installer will automatically download and extract a tls file. Now you'll have a shortcut icon in your desktop. that's it, all done. By the way, i am using fedora core 3.

it wont let me install


it wont let me install amsn im using red hat and this is hwat it says

[admin@localhost amsn-0_94]$ make install
mkdir -p /usr/local/share/amsn
mkdir: cannot create directory `/usr/local/share/amsn': Permission denied
make: *** [mkdirs] Error 1
[admin@localhost amsn-0_94]$
