I found this nice looking site that Geographically maps websites that are submitted to them. Here's a quote from the site:

It just requires you to put a meta tag in the page that is going to be indexed (and then I think you can remove it after) with the latitude and longitude details of the site. You can see my Top Fun Websites one submitted on April 4th. I just thought it was a nice idea. The url is:
