Do you mean they don't autoplay in Windows? If so, then check your drives' settings by right-clicking them in My Computer, choose Properties, and look to see if Autoplay is enabled.

Have they ever autoplayed? Also, does Device Manager show any problems for those drives?

Thumbs up

Both drives used to autoplay but just stopped and device manager doesn't show any problems on them

Did you add any software or hardware or change any settings? Can you boot up w/ a CDROM?

1. Booting w/ a CD means you have a bootable CD (such as the Windows setup disc) and you use it instead of the hard drive to start your computer. Knowing if you can boot to a CD can help determine where the problem is.

2. What I meant about software/hardware is have you added anything new to the system recently? Even something that doesn't seem like it may have an issue w/ your CD-ROM can change system settings.

On another thought, have you tried using the Recovery Console on your Windows CD to try and fix your Windows installation? Just boot to the CD and push "R" when prompted. Follow the screen prompts and it should fix any issues. If not, then it's probably not a Windows problem.
