Question

Can anyone recommend an International, low volume merchant account?

Hello,

Our company is interested in processing a low monthly volume (at this point) of up to $1,000. We are based in Israel, and do not have a US presence.

Since we have a monthly subscription based service (an online mailing list management service), we would need a way to charge our customers individually, per their use of the service (the more subscribers a user has, the more expensive their monthly plan becomes). This is possible with a virtual terminal, although I could be wrong and it might be possible to charge a different amouont from each customer every month without a virtual terminal (keep in mind that the amount might vary from month to month, as the customer's list grows) .

We are looking for any type of a merchant account (US, UK, Canadian, or even offshore) that would be able to work with us based on the specifications above.

I would like to thank you for your time in helping us in advance.

Sincerely,

Lior.

In this case you can use aggregating services like 2CheckOut our WorldPay, for example. But they are not very convenient for outside US based and outside UK based merchants accordingly: practice shows that for smooth cooperating you’d better have a physical location in the same region as the processing company locates. You can try to obtain your own merchant account with some Israel banks but hardly they will proceed taking into consideration that you’ve got small turnover. But you can try anyway. Also please check forcetronix.com, chronopay.com, multicards.com. Maybe some of these companies will be able to provide you with the required payment solution.

For something that low - a lot of MAPs might not even touch your account because the acquiring bank requires usually at least $30,000 a month to be processed.

Most of the mainstream 3PP will not / cannot support your country unfortunately. For something that low - you might actually check out ikobo. I usually do not recommend it for anyone / everyone but it might just suit your needs

1. THERE IS all necessary info on our site
2. All unhappy customers were satisfied, as it was told earlier delays in payouts were not our fault. Now all the payments are made as usuall.

Merchantboss.com

I have merchant account with merchantboss.com, they refuse to pay on time. It is impossible to run site without getting paid on time or knowing when you will get paid. If you IM them or email they ignore you, and give you no response. They say all of there delays are fixed but are not. I like there system, but it is not working. They are making my business a living hell!! If anybody else has this problem, please let me know.

If you have any complaints you may write directly to director@merchantboss.com. On the other hand if you post complaints on forums, please write your login, site name, etc. As posts of this kind seem to be posted by competing companies and not by our clients.

I am a merchant not a competing company, I have written numerous complaints to the so called director without response or result. I just want to be paid. IT IS THAT SIMPLE!!!
