Need PHP editor in Unicode

In fact, Im building a forum in Japanese, but Every PHP editor I have, cant show Unicode or cant save in Unicode
Anyone who know how to solve this, plzz tell me, thanks

I think EmEditor has Unicode support.

I use "gedit" myself. Excellent notepad and simple code editor. Of course, it's for Linux.

Ultraedit supports 16bit unicode and UTF-8
